• You shall be able to cancel an order, before it starts for delivery. If an order has been shipped or started for delivery, you cannot cancel the order.
• You shall cancel an order through your dashboard, where all the orders are listed or by calling our helpline number +91 98409 68192 or e-mail: vstraderrs@gmail.com by mentioning your order number, date and reason for cancellation.
• In case of, any amount deducted on your order prepaid payments, the same will be processed and credited back to your order payment method within 14 days from the date of cancellation. This is not applicable for cash on delivery and card on delivery payment methods.
